Include the page where the issue occurred, what you expected, and any non-sensitive error message shown by PackFit. Do not send API keys, OAuth tokens, passwords, or Supabase secrets.

- PackFit requests read-only access to Etsy shop and listing information.
- You can disconnect Etsy from the Etsy connection page.
- Disconnecting removes PackFit's saved connection, tokens, and pending authorization state. It does not change your Etsy shop or delete imported PackFit products. Imported products can be deleted separately from Products.
Account and product help
Use Products for product details, preparation measurements, and packaging checks; manage saved package definitions in Package Inventory. For quote questions, include the non-sensitive error shown in Shipping Rates, without sending recipient details. Account deletion is available in Settings.
